Extremely friendly staff, great entertainment experience

Quite remote location

Locația, mâncarea, plaja, parcarea păzită.

Camera.Mocheta îmbâcsita, mobilier vechi,Baia cu miros neplăcut.

Foarte aproape de mare, suficiente șezlonguri atât la piscine, cat și la plajă

Nu aveau măsuțe la plajă și la piscine, tot timpul era nevoie a fii atent la băuturi, lifturi insuficiente pentru mărimea resortului

The location and the compact layout right in front of the beach with all facilities nearby are the biggest assets of this hotel.

Very outdated everything in terms of facilities - seems like the last remodel was 20 years ago. The lobby is super gloomy and dated and does not leave a welcoming impression upon entering the property.

The food was good and plenty. Staff were very accommodating and polite.

There was NO internet connection throughout our stay of 6 days. When we asked, we were told that nothing can be done because too many people are using it.

The rooms were spacious enough, the position on the beach was quite good, the restaurant on the terrace.

We arrived very late and the room was not prepared for 2+2 so the ladies that brought the extra bed were tired and not so polite and smiling and we had to wait for this change at 2 in the morning when we were dead tired (nobody’s fault for that).

The location of the hotel is amazing. We like the pools, especially the kids pool. There is also a lot of entertainment for kids and adults. We liked the band that was performing at the night on the stage between the pools. They have plenty of cocktails and drinks at the bar. We loved the view from our balcony.

Unfortunately the condition of the rooms is not perfect. Overall the hotel need some renovation, it’s giving you the vibe that is a old hotel that hasn’t been maintained. The food wasn’t the best (excluding the desserts-they was awesome). I hate how one of the rules of the hotel is no one to “book” a sun bed with a towel and at the same time its hard to find a bed because someone just throws their towel and go to the beach. The kids pool wasn’t that clean. They don’t offer late check out so after you check out at 11 you are not allowed to use the pool or the beach and enjoy the rest of your day. We travel with 1.5 yo and there was no card for towel for him, so obviously he didn’t get towel for the beach. When you pay a certain amount of money you have expectations and unfortunately ours wasn’t met.

The best staff and entertainers! all of the facilities are in a great shape. My 3rd stay in this hotel and could go more! Can’t say thank you enough to the entertainers for the great job and doing great even if it was not the high season. Highly recommended hotel!!!
