Everything was ok

First day went really well, when we signed in the polite lady waited for us and made us feel welcome.

There was a number of things I didn't like about my stay. The main one being the hotel manager. We asked for his name to be written down, it looks like 'Peti Heville'. When leaving the hotel for the beach on the second day, the cleaning staff opened our window & shutters without our permission which resulted in my wallet being stolen. The manager was completely unhelpful and actually got very argumentative. He told me he was going to check the cameras and came back and said that nobody went through our window. There was in fact no cameras pointing near our window. We took photos of the outside of the hotel to prove their was no cameras.

The staff were very helpful in all possible ways. Although they could not give us rooms that were nearby as the hotel was nearly fully booked, they called us to aplogize. and asked whether we preferred single or double beds They also forwarded a forgotten i-pad.

Rooms were comfy and clean but a bit old-fashioned

Location was very good - a 20minute walk to the beach. It had EV car charging point - this was very useful and needs to be made aware to people! Breakfast was very nice

The staff was super attentive and friendly. The room was nice with great views of the forest. It's a quiet and cosy place. The rooms could be a little bigger but for a short stay it's perfectly fine.

There is no water available. Neither in the room nor to buy at the reception or a machine at night. There is also no place around so we ended up drinking tab water. The hotel should provide water in some form.

Nice small hotel in the beautiful city. The room could be a bit bigger, but again we are going there for vacation and walk on the beach not to stay in the room, right? The rooms are super clean.

the front desk staff as well as staff in the restaurant should speak English. If we, foreigners are ignorant and don't know French, at least you, as people work in hospitality industry should speak English. Despite this, the staff was helpful and polite.

A much smaller room than expected

I slept well likely because I was exhausted. The bed was comfy but didn't have a top sheet. Too hot for a comforter. The shower was excellent. The staff at check in were lovely. It was just ok. I expected more for the price.

For the price I paid, the box spring should not be exposed and the remote should not be held together by tape. The walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighnourd entire conversation and snoring. I might as well saved the money and stayed in their room with them. I had to have the TV on just to drown them out... and they weren't even being loud. There was no coffee or tea in the room. No lotion or bathroom extras. I have paid far less for much much more. Location was inconvenient to the rest of the town. Not impressed.

check-in experience was very positive, very kind lady went up with us to show us our room, told us about the places to see, to visit and nice restaurants to eat at, gave us recommendations where and how to spend our time. really highly appreciated.

the bathroom was a bit too small, and a minibar (fridge) in the room would be a nice to have (not necessarily filled with beverages, simply having it would be a bonus.

Super clean, lovely staff, the restaurant was extraordinary.

Great service and pool! Friendly staff. We were able to lock away our electric bikes too.
