Nice location and property was very clean. swimming pool was open.

The deposit money 250 euro should be given on same day while checking out. I am still waiting for deposit amount even after a month. I am still following up with Hotel and hope to get my money back soon. otherwise there was not at all issue during stay.

I stays 3 nights never clean & I ask them to clean but never did I am really upset. I stays with my kids all under 18. never gives same floor rooms but keep asking then provide me 2 nd night. when I enter the apartment I sopkecto receptionist. I am book the apartment through booking .com then they said please keep the deposit each room I never done this before he took my deposit two rooms 500€ then he ask me for parking & taxes extra then I said booking. com never mentioned they side then I pay extra I really upset never take other currency like£ always ask me via card I don’t have enough funds in my card. but I got only cash £ but not taking that time late night no exchange open desperate situation with my kids. but pls mention booking . com to mention these parking things & tax & deposit you guys misguided customers. thanking you
