Le balcon pour profiter de la soirée

Le vis à vis sur le balcon ( plus de brise vue qur les côté serait génial)

Chambre très agréable et spacieuse. Le peignoir et les chaussons sont toujours un plus bien agréable. De même que cafetière et bouilloire.
Nous avons apprécié également les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain ce qui hélas n'est pas toujours le cas.
Petit déjeuner buffet avec un très large choix et dans une salle vraiment très agréable.
Enfin, le personnel était très agréable et efficace.
Quelques détails, mais:
- Les deux oreillers sont un peu durs. Un choix entre un ferme et un souple serait judicieux.
- Un petit écriteau dans l'ascenseur pour préciser à quel niveau se trouve la réception ne serait pas inutile.
- Les deux chaises et la table sur le balcon devraient être enlevés, puisque "à cause d'eux" l'accès à ce petit balcon est impossible

Nous sommes des habitués de cet hôtel et les prestations sont constantes en terme de qualité, bonne literie, super petit déjeuner, chambre au calme, et très bonne situation pour visiter la ville.
Pour une nuit d’hôtel, j'ai reçu 8 mail de votre part !! ce n'est pas utile, pas très RSE dans la démarche non plus ...

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is just a short walk down to the centre of Vannes. The parking under the hotel is good and accessed by a lift.

The location was excellent for exploring the old town. Parking was also very straightforward, using either the free car park at the bottom of the road or the hotel's own underground car park. Breakfast was excellent.

Fabulous duplex room on two floors with a balcony. Great size, very comfy beds. Spacious bathroom with a tub and big shower heads. Felt like recently refurbished?
Generous choice of food at breakfast (selection of bread and pastry, cereals, fruit, yogurts, sausages etc).
Within walking distance of the town centre.
Paid parking in the garage.
Just a minor thing: kettle and cups for four instead of two?

Clean, comfortable room. Effective air conditioning. Welcoming, efficient staff. Good service in the bar, nice cocktails. Delicious breakfast, I was able to eat outside, a bonus in a city hotel.

Everything was as expected from a Best Western Hotel - everything worked, the room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location made access to the heart of the city very easy - we were really surprised by Vannes itself and would like to have stayed longer.

The hotel is located in the center. A very nice hotel, the room is also spacious, clean and the furniture is comfortable and beautiful. A large and comfortable bath. Excellent breakfast. We requested in advance and paid for secure parking adjacent to the hotel, which is a great advantage for those arriving by car.

Generally our stay was fine: we have used BW before for a good level of comfort at a reasonable price. Here, parking was very convenient for a city centre hotel, staff were helpful and evening dinner was fine (we did not have breakfast).
The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking and I woke with a stiff back each morning.

Location was excellent, with easy access to the old center. WiFi was good. The room was quiet. I liked having a kettle with supplies on hand for making coffee or tea. The staff were courteous and helpful.
