Très belle bastide provençale avec son magnifique jardin et sa piscine et le parking ombragé.Le mobilier en accord avec le bâtiment.

Très déçue que le lit parentale ne soit pas fait pas très accueillant la couverture douteuse et ranger dans la penderie avec les oreillers pour une résidence prestige très limite.Dans la salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux pas de miroir grossissant ni distributeur de savon comme les autres Odalys .

Amazing complex with perfect location, wonderful nature and very comfortable swimming pool. The architecture is marvelous and the connection with nature is very nice. I visit the complex with my family and we had a great time in gorgeous Provence. The nearby town of Gordes is magnificent. I highly recommend Résidence Prestige Odalys La Bastide des Chênes.

-No toilet paper - we were given less than half a roll when we arrived, for an entire unit! (keep in mind, potentially 6 people could be staying here?!) -had to make our own beds- no sheets were on the beds when we arrived. Also had to strip our beds?? Essentially camping out. - no toiletries offered, not even kitchen soap - the baby crib was torn/ripped, the frame was broken, there was NO mattress provided, therefore we were unable to use the crib at all for our infant. - ants were everywhere, beds, kitchen, floors - we were given 2 towels for 3 people(to use for bath, pool and kitchen!?) -office hours were obscure, no one was there for over 24hours straight -no coffee -shower was not user friendly, good luck shaving ladies -wifi, dont even know overall for $300+/night, you would expect some basic amenities like the ones listed above, which left us in a tough place, especially caring for a little baby....we did not expect this lack of hospitality for the price we paid.

The apartment's location is great for exploring the picturesque nature and little villages in Provence. We got clean towels and bedlinen to use. The bathroom and toilet were clean and the other rooms were fine, too. We liked the pleasant scent of nature on the terrace. The manager was very kind, he gave us a long list of activity ideas nearby.

The pool area was wonderful and the location is great, close to the famous villages of Provence (Gordes, Goult etc.). The outdoor area of the premises are very well maintained.

The rooms are very badly equipped. Since we were expected to clean the kitchen before we left we would have thought that the rooms were equipped with - as a minimum - a dishbrush, dishwasher tablets, a cloth etc., but there was absolutely nothing. We had no hot water and despite the booking.com ad marketing the rooms as “sound proof”, there was basically just a piece of paper separating us from the neighbors. We are really surprised by the low standards of the rooms for this price. We know very well that this is not a “hotel”, but there are so many simple things they could have done to improve our stay. More than one (1) roll of toilet paper, a dish brush or a sponge, coffee filters and washing-up liquid.

Relaxing place to stay close to beautiful Gordes and surrounding region

The apartment was a good size, with fully equipped kitchen, living room, and an extra room (more like a closet) with bunk beds for kids. It had a very nice pool and was located close to Gordes, in a nice quiet place.

There was no soap when I arrived, no shampoo, no hair drier, no paper towels in the kitchen, and when the toilet paper ran out I had to go buy more. There is NO wifi.
