Great breakfast, parking just outside the reception. Supernice large rooms with big bathroom. Felt luxurious.

Bed was abit too soft for my liking. Needs come comfortable beds and pillows and blankets. Also please please please have still water in the room instead of sparkling or at least an option for still water bottles in the fridge

Nothing, really. This hotel might be okay if you're a dwarf or an elf. I kept banging my head. The breakfast lady was nice. Otherwise the staff gave the impression that they'd rather be working somewhere else; not that I blame them.

If you are at all mobility impaired, this hotel is not for you. The stairs -- lots of them -- are narrow and treacherous. Whatever you do, don't book the "Gebrüder Grimm" room. The furniture is incredibly uncomfortable, including the bed - a faux Biedermeier nightmare. The tiny bathroom, an obvious afterthought, was awful: it was like showering in a rock-cut tomb. The ceilings are oppressively low and concave. And as for the floor, watch your step, especially at night. Noisy drunk teenagers in the square in front of the hotel made it even harder to sleep.

Great Location, lovely old historic hotel. First class service and a pleasure to stay there.

nice hotel in the middle of the center of Bad Hersfeld, you have to walk 5 min and you find everything, i got a great room with view on the main street. But no noice. Great breakfast in the morning.

The bed i got the day after back pain.
