Das Frühstück war gut, und das Bett ist angenehm.
Beim Frühstück gab es kein Platz und dass noch um 9 Uhr.
Die Zimmer sind nicht genug Isoliert! Sodass sich ein Nachbar klopfend an der Decke Beschwerte und die Rezeption uns erneut zweimal ermahnt hat, weil wir im Zimmer zu Sechst uns vor dem Meeting trafen und woll zu laut uns unterhielten!
Lächerlich.
Der Gang vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer ist ohne Schlüssel nicht möglich, und es war Verschneit.

Nice, spaced, clean rooms, clean bathroom. Everything what we need.
And the breakfast was great.
The wifi internet was poor. But we didn’t need it a lot.

The male receptionist is wonderful ! So gentle and friendly. The breakfast is great as well.

The staff was super friendly. Whether late at night or early in the morning, they were always helpful.
Breakfast was fair, certainly not the best I've seen, but had everything I needed.
The room was nice. Even though the rooms use keys, which is a bit outdated, the beds were comfortable, plenty of outlets, and a small desk from which I could work.
The location was not great. Getting from Neuss central station to the hotel meant walking and checking Google Maps several times. Since I arrived late, I wish I didn't have to do that. Maybe it works better if you have a car, which I didn't. Not a deal-breaker, though

very clean, comfortable bed, perfect for what we needed, friendly staff. short walk to tram stop, easy access to Dusseldorf
great breakfast but my daughter a celiac ( gluten free) , very little choice for her, brought her own cereal

I'm pleased with the staff, some of them don't speak very well English but always someone to take care, the breakfast was OK, everything very cleaned and disinfected. Good parking place and free of charge!
In the morning it comes too much light from the window, there's no way to solve it how it is, this is the negative situation that I have to describe

Breakfast was lovely for the money. Everywhere was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. easy to bring the dog.
Only downside was it being a bit far from the city centre as when searching for hotels on Google, it said 1.2km from centre, but when we got there it was 4.5km.

The sheets of the ibis are amazing, with love to buy them .
Well for the 3 of us was a little too tight. Next time make sure that if you have a 30 kg dog with you it maybe necessary a bigger room. We were at one of 16 qm

We just had a quick overnight trip. People are friendly and good clean room. We really enjoyed a very good breakfast

Very clean. Nice breakfast, good baby bed and free parking right under the building.
The room was quite simple, very small and the sink in the bathroom was so small I couldn’t even wash my face properly. Overall, the price did not reflect the quality.
