The host were kind and approachable.
Clarified all our doubts and gave very helpful informations.

Location is absolutely stunning. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. I was in a twin room and it was cute and cosy. Comfy bed. Bathroom was two mins walk away. Fun bar with great atmosphere
Very convenient place to stay - bus stop located just outside of hostel, ATM, well priced laundry, good kitchen
Not sure how great it would be for solo travellers looking to socialise as the communal area is quiet, and most of the people that we saw staying there were in organised tour groups.

The location is really good. The view is great! And I really like the kitchen. They also offer free towel. The bed was comfy. It was clean in general
Had to pay 1 or 2 CHF coins if you want hot water. No elevator or lift but it was just 2or 3 floors anyway . But other than that it was all good.

private rooms were comfortable, separate bathrooms to the others who were in dorms. There’s a bar downstairs which can be where you meet people and be social

The people treat us perfectly and in a really nice and professional way.
Everything was magnific. I would just take one small step to make everything perfect. My friend and I did not have much battery on our phones at night, next day we were going snowboarding and we just had 1 socket.

Everything was wonderful, very kind staff.
It is located exactly in front of the Staubbach waterfall, in that complete silence, you could hear how large pieces of ice were breaking off the rock.

Great location with high security as well as very professional behavior of the management and employees, a peaceful and quiet place to rest away from any stress and I definitely recommend this hostel to others.

The staff (girl in the reception) was really helpful and friendly.
A bit of a walk to the centre and train station. Bar is only open occasionally. Shower and bathroom is outside and have to pay for warm shower (1 Francs for 8 mins is long enough though)

Location was on point right by the mountain not far from city centre. The staffs were super friendly and easy to chat with additionally also providing tips for places to visit…
The rooms could have been a little bigger if I had to be super picky about something I didn’t like.
