Personalen var mycket otrevlig, frukost var katastrof eller snarare sagt det fanns inget att äta och då var kl 9.30 och frukost skulle vara till 11 vi frågade om de kan fylla på frukosten men Personalen kunde inte engelska. Vi tog varsin kaffe och fick betala full pris som blev 53 euro. Ute parkeringen är inte gratis som det står på er hemsida. Rekommendera ej stället

Hat es aber leider nicht geschafft.
"Ich bin dort oft und bin normalerweise immer zufrieden. Allerdings waren diese vier Tage weniger angenehm. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Bad und im Bett stark nach, zusätzlich ist die Heizung nachts ausgefallen, was zu unangenehmer Kälte führte. Mir wurde erklärt, dass die Heizung den nächtlichen Außentemperaturen nicht standgehalten hat. Die Dusch- und Seifenspender waren ständig leer und wurden erst am letzten Tag aufgefüllt. Das Personal war trotz allem freundlich, aber ich denke, sie waren überfordert. Mir wurde nicht einmal eine Entschädigung oder eine Lösung zur Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Obwohl ich eigentlich ab dem 29.01. wieder dort gebucht habe, werde ich mir noch überlegen, ob ich das so beibehalte."

Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Bett besteht leider aus zwei Madratzen wodurch man in einer ritze liegt als Partner. Ansonsten alles top. Leider keine Steckdosen am Bett .Sonst sehr zufriedenstellend

location. breakfast is ok.
series problem with the bathtub. it is too high. it is unsafe to climb and jump to take shower. we reserved the hotel for five nights and we could not continue beyond the second nights as we were not able to take showers! i asked if they have rooms with accessibility issues and could not find. The floor of the bathtub is also not flat. you hardly can stand and take shower. i tried once standing and almost fall on my face so i could not shower. when i checked out they did not offer me refund on the spot. i had to ask booking.com to facilitate refund. My suggestion do not go their if you are above 35 yrs or have accessibility issues.

Vriendelijke personeel. Locatie is prima.
Ontbijt was geen €15 waard. Ook zijn er maar 2 kinderstoelen beschikbaar.
In het bed was een kuil als je ging liggen.

Alles was netjes zoals de vorige keer. Lekker eten bestellen op de kamer en dichtbij allemaal leuke plekken. Wij hebben ons weer vermaakt
De bedden konden in en mijn partner niet lekker in liggen Geen idee maar niks lag lekker. Het hotel is ook best gehoren.

The hotel is very dated but clean and sufficient for one night‘s stay.

We had the worse pillows we have ever had anywhere in the World and it spoilt our stay as we slept badly both nights. Just chips of foam. The previous 2 nights we stayed in a hotel in Cologne which offered a pillow menu. Ramada had no alternative. Very poor in this day and age.

We have stayed here three times now and the service has always been friendly and the rooms very clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with some hot items.
We love the convenient location, it is literally right in the town.
I guess the rooms do look a little old fashioned but that does not matter to us at all.
