Wir sind sehr liebevoll und freundlich im Hotel empfangen worden. Das wunderschöne Haus liegt wunderbar direkt am See und versprüht einen unglaublichen Charme - einfach toll.

Das Hotel hat noch Teppiche im Zimmer, die mit den Jahren halt einfach ein bisschen schmudelig aussehen. Ist eine persönliche Sache die uns halt einfach stört - man ist dann nicht gerne barfuss im Zimmer unterwegs.

La chambre n’était pas prête. Nous sommes retournés une demi-heure après pour récupérer la chambre. La même personne nous a pas reconnu il fallait se représenter. La chambre n’était toujours pas prête on est retourné cinq minutes après et elle avait de nouveau commencé à nous demander ce qu’on voulait

Some of the staff including the cleaning staff and the outside personnel were lovely, however the man in charge of the réception and the one in the restaurant were rude.

Breakfast and swimming pool are very good.

The property is beautiful with great access to lake. Stayed at the lakeside suite, which was spacious but the room is dated and needs better maintenance.

This property charges 5 star rates for 3 star service. The breakfast was underwhelming with very limited choice and substandard quality of food. On top, during breakfast we had to wait half an hour to get a coffee and cutleries never arrived at our table so we had to fetch on our own. There was no one to offer/ask for a baby chair. During check in, despite carrying a sleeping child on our shoulder, the hotel reservation manager tried to convince us that we were supposed to pay an extra 130 Euro plus 30 euros breakfast for our 3 year old child and kept shouting loudly as if we didn't understand English and made us wait a long time. We agreed to pay whatever as we were tired from the journey, but later referred to the booking conditions which stated that only children from 4 years and above are chargeable. We had also requested an early check in possibility by 2 hours, the hotel again informed us of an outrageous charge for it, so we didn't end up opting. Overall, if the hotel shows half the enthusiasm of charging guests outrageous amounts on it's overall service and upkeep, it has the potential to be a decent hotel.

The location and the facilities are excellent, especially the Junior suite sizes and balcony views. The lounge chairs in the front yard are comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to have a certain level of social distancing privacy. The ability to swim in lake out front was nice. The walk to the main hub if Palanza, with many restaurants, shops, the lighted fountain and ferries also extremely convenient. Parking near hotel also free on street.

Although the Suites we’re very generous in size, the shower stall was small/tight. If we quibble, we would have liked a spa with steam room and hot tub too.
