A gem of a hotel. Personnel unfailingly pleasant, helpful and responsive.. Very large, practical room with à lovely balcony and stunning view. Very good breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel

The location and view is spectacular from the balcony. We had a room on the top floor which I highly recommend. The first 2 floors may not have the view we had. The room was extremely clean and bright and the cleaning staff was more than accomodating with extra towels and pillows. The staff was very helpful with any and all questions providing great service . The beach is any easy walk across the street. Go to the church and turn right or left. To the right is a small public beach which is very nice and quiet. To the left is another public beach which has a very good place to eat & drink with tables. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel making travel easy to Rapallo. This is a fantastic boutique hotel.

I really didn't like anything, The only down sides I can think of. The hotel is on a somewhat busy road with some traffic noise which dies down early in the evening but you can also watch the scooters whizzing down the hill foe entertainment.All the hotels we saw were on the same road. There is a 7.00eu charge for beach towels to cover cleaning. We got 2 towels for the week.

The location was perfect, the staff were extremely friendly, and helpful about the local area, getting around, transport etc. The breakfast was lovely, great variety of delicious fresh food, and coffee. Perfect start to the day having breakfast on the lovely terrace with views overlooking the sea. The rooms are airy and bright with great views looking out to sea. The hotel was absolutely spotless, everything was clean and fresh. Thank you.

Very nice hotel. Staff at reception extremely kind and nice and ready to help. You’ll find everything that's needed in the room. The room was really clean, the main factor for me. The terrace on the top floor was incredible. it made 7 star experience with 3 star hotel.

Breakfast has a limited menu, that is you could not order something hot like omelet or fried eggs or fresh juice - they do not have restaurant at the place. But you could find it around. So no problems). Shower cubicle is rather small. But absolutely ok for 3-star hotel.

Tiny bathroom, no coffee in the room and charged by the cup at the front desk.

Everthing was perfect. The room was very clean and well maintained. We had a nice beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Also the staff was very helpful and kind.

it was a nice place. but very spendy. but room, big bathroom. exceptionally friendly staff. a 20 minute walk to public transportation and restaurants / bars or swimming places.

i paid extra for a sea view - but only had a view of a building and tree. if you pay extra (€€) for a sea view - make sure you double check that there’s a view of the sea and the room doesn’t merely face the sea. the single blanket on the bed was really small. and I’m short! i had to turn it to fully cover me. it was annoying and didn’t make for a restful night (I need a cover. even a sheet).

Astonishing view from balcony. Helpful personel. In front of the hotel is a public bus station going to Santa Margherita Ligure and from there to Portofino. Beach is 5 minutes walk from hotel.

They should switch to card system for opening the door instead of old style keys with ultra heavy iron key holder.

Walking distance to Santa Margherita and Rapallo and bus stop outside. Also just a short walk down to a quiet beach with good swimming. Room was spacious, clean with a good size balcony. Staff were very helpful arranging an early morning taxi to Genoa airport for us.

Slightly tricky crossing the road outside at times. Soundproofing could have been a little better. No tea/coffee facility in room.

The view was incredible. It overlooked flat topped pines out towards the sea. The room was incredibly clean. Basic but had everything we needed. Some previous reviews complained about traffic noise from a sea facing room. We found with the door closed and the shutter down the road noise wasn't problematic at all. Location was good - about 1km walking distance from Santa Margherita.

The shower was quite small. But the water pressure was great, so it wasn't a big issue.

I highly recommend it!!!

A bit noisy during night as it's practically a couple of meters from the main road, opposite to the sea and the church (yes, you will hear the bell loud and clear)between Rapallo - Santa Margherita., if you do not lower the blinds. Luggage park always rented /occupied. They have 2 charging stations, but do not advertise / give the option to charge the EV.

- extremely kind and helpful people at reception (we got many recommendations and tips from them) - buss stop in front of the gate of the property - comfortable and functional rooms - value for money - we had a nice terrace and beautiful view

Very few parking places, only 7 places for the whole hotel. Also not possible to stay with the car at the final day after check-out hours, due to low availability. It would be nice if the hotel can make partnership with closest garage to make sure there is an option for parking in case the parking in front of the hotel is full.
