Extracharge for hotel beach. Breakfast missing fresh products like bred fruits etc.

The location is the only thing that HSP has going for it.

The staff were the most unprofessional and unwelcoming we have ever come across. Apart from one American gentleman on the reception and the cleaning staff we found them aggressive and hostile. Three men in particular from the outside bar need to be trained how to speak to people in general. We were stopped three times from entering the hotel as guests and treated like thieves for simply picking up a leaflet! The lift smelled of sweet rotting corpses and the breakfast was simply inedible. The staff wondered round the breakfast room with ear pods in. The hotel terrace becomes a nightclub after hours with the most tragic -god awful music. 18 year olds roam about the reception area queuing up for the toilets. I found the melted candles and candelabra prop the DJ used particularly distasteful. The nutcracker Christmas decorations in the window late July says it all really! Do not waste your money please!

I never had a more beautiful view from the balcony, i will remember it forever. Hotel location is great, breakfast was great every day, staff is nice and friendly. A small fridge helped a lot!

Bathroom was really small and we didnt have where to dry beach clothes.

It must have once been a lovely hotel. Now very tired and uncared for.
