Location, clean and comfortable rooms. Very firendly staff make you feel at home. Breakfast is great
The AC was not working properly. something to take care but not tterrible

The reception desk had a lady which spoke highly fluent English. She was super helpful to answer our questions. Location is great for visiting Berga and the where about. Clean and great value for money. Easy parking outside the hotel

I use this hotel every time I travel to Berga (which is about once per month). The staff are amazing and super friendly. The rooms are an excellent size and very quiet. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre.
The choice of restaurants close to the hotel is limited however, the main centre is an easy walk.

Very dated/basic,it needs some tlc/upgrades,don't know who gives out the stars because it is not worthy of its 3 star rating.

Beds very hard,room too warm. Air con not working.

The staff were exceptional at the hotel, nothing I required was too much trouble. The area is fairly central and very quiet. The main shopping area is about a 10 minute walk.
The bed was a little uncomfortable for me, the caveat on this comment is that I suffer from a bad back, so hotel beds can be an issue.
