The pictures on the booking.com do not coincide with the room we got. Our bed was much smaller than the ones on the pics we saw. Also, it was very uncomfortable.
The toilet leaks and makes sounds at all times. A/c system doesn’t work properly, we could set it to cold, so it was very hot at night.

L’eau à disposition, la vue sur la terrasse au petit-déjeuner, le confort et la situation de l’hôtel. Le chauffage de la chambre était assez chaud.
La cafétéria n’est pas assez chauffée. Le croissant brûlé n’était pas à servir et encore moins à payer. Heureusement, ils l’ont décompté. Le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre.

Location was excellent, right on the marina front but also in the ‘high end’ part of town with plenty of nice restaurants & bars. 10 minutes walk from the be old town with an abundance of restaurants, bars & squares. Extremely quaint at night.
Beautiful reception area but room was a little dated. Perfectly adequate, clean & functional. Air con worked well.

Room was nice
We arrived as two pilgrims on camino Portuguese and were quoted £150 for a twin room. I checked on booking.com and could book for £80. We were given a room in an isolated part of the hotel, the people in the room next to us were shouting, banging doors, running about the lobby and screaming in the room all night. Not the hotel’s fault I know but we felt we were put in this area as we were peregrinos. When we complained the next morning we were offered complimentary breakfast. I was upset that I was made to feel like a second rate guest when I checked in.

Antonia, Miguel, and Tatiana were excellent at their jobs: professional, multilingual, knowledgable, patient, and helpful. They were do helpful during my 3 day stay before going to Santiago de Compostela. I returned immediately to the hotel for a day when when we had to change travel plans. They made my stay incredible.

The location near to the harbour and not far from the old town was very good. The view from the restaurant on the 7th floor was lovely.
We had a side room, which was very noisy especially on Saturday evening as there is a recycling bottle container very close to the hotel. The crashing sound of breaking glass into the early hours of the morning was terrible. Worst night's sleep of my 3 week trip!

Hotels facilities were good. It was comfortable only one street away from the harbour. We were spending one night here while walking the Portugeuse costal camino.
