Ubicación insuperable. Modernas instalaciones y limpieza integra. Restaurante A1, personal extremadamente amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo necesario, mención aparte al Sr. Luis (portería) siempre tan atento y servicial.

The staff was great!, extremely friendly and willing to help.

The breakfast: few options, the coffee was cold, had to request the staff to check or re-heat. The scrambled eggs were cold. these issues happened in 2 days. Last days problems were properly addressed, but still very few options considering the amazing variety of food available in the City.

Great location at the main plaza of Cajamarca.

Great location, you can take near many tours of the city , restaurant service and food were good. We appreciated that they were doing remodelations at the hotel, the dining room is very modern now and has an excellent view to the Plaza de Armas.

Breakfast only was average, not so much to choose. We were 3 in a room, and thought that it was a double room but with three beds. We had problems with the towels, asked for one set for each of us and they left only for two persons.

Food was good. The restaurant staff was very nice as was most if the staff.

The front desk wanted me to sign two credit card receipts. One for the price of the room and another for more than the room. The room was very hot .
