Location was good

Attitude of the reception staff was unbelievably unwelcoming. Either need training or change industry from hospitality (read meaning) or something else. After a long trip in we had the most blasé check in experience. The check in staff looked bored, no smile and no instructions at all. We had to figure out everything from how to get the luggage in, Wi-Fi also how to get to the room. Very unwelcoming experience . Also in such a small bathroom they placed a bath tub with a glass divider leaving a very sloping and slippery gap to get in and out of the tub. A big safety hazard. They should have just put a shower instead and saved space and maintained safety

We did not take breakfast so cannot comment on this BUT we found the hotel and staff to be extremely welcoming and a really convenient "base" for our stay in Paris. The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptionally good - friendly, helpful and made our check-in/check-out easy.

Nothing at all - it was a great base for us. It might have been nice for there to be a hotel bar for a drink in the later evening but it really didn't matter.
