Parquet qui grince dès que changement de position dans le lit Des capsules de café proposées mais pas de cafetière dans l'appartement.

L'emplacement est idéal. Tout près du chemin de la Barre et du sentier de l'océan. Un arrêt bus à quelques mètres de la résidence. Transport vers Biarritz, Bayonne ... très bon marché, plus besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller visiter. La chambre est très confortable ainsi que la literie. Nous avions loué un studio et avions donc possibilité de faire notre propre cuisine. Le petit déjeuner de la Villa Clara est à 12 euros mais très copieux. Un endroit idéal pour passer un week-end ou même une semaine. Je recommande fortement.

Juste un petit bémol bien que nous n'ayons pas eu de problème : la réception à cette période de l'année ferme relativement tôt en fin de journée.

It was nice surroundings to be in. We really liked the pool area and the jacuzzi- it was shady and well kept so a good place to relax. The room was nice too on the whole and the bed was pretty comfortable. The location was good as it was only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was also great to have free parking on site. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness was good but I wouldn’t say spotless. It would have been nice to have a vending machine or some such to get some water or a snack.

The location was wonderful, and the grounds are stunning and I loved the private courtyard with spa!

Our apartment didn’t have a seperate bedroom, there was just a curtain to seperate the living room from the bedroom.

great location in a chic beach residential area , beach bar just 8 mins walk 25 min walk along flat beach boardwalk to the main restaurant square. jacuzzi was fabulous . apartment had everything you need . shower excellant

pool wasn’t heated so as it was early season the sun wasn’t strong enough to warm it up enough yet

The location and tranquility. it’s very secure and private.

Lack of information when we checked in. Rarely anyone on the reception desk. The apartment was dark, great fir sleeping, but not reading. No English TV channels.

The villa was clean and comfortable. The bed gave us an excellent night's sleep. It was very well situated for everything we wished to do in Biarritz. Having toilet rolls available on arrival took away an immediate necessity and was greatly appreciated.

A cup of tea or coffee and some milk in the fridge would have been a nice welcome to our stay. A little bottle of shower gel would have made our first night rather pleasant as, on our arrival, we had no idea where we could do the shopping.

Location (beachfront), helpful and friendly stuff at the reception, reasonable discount for our stay, personal jacuzzi near the room
