Private parking, closed to the beach and the SPA/swimming area is wonderful. The breakfast is good as well.

The electric kettle should be cleaned, the scale is too serious.

The pool and the spa

Beautifully breakfast thank you, but unfortunately a herd of kids took over the spa when we stayed, Good place overall otherwise clean and convenient emplacement.

It was lovely. Great location.

The facilities in the hotel were top class. The room was spacious.

The room had a stale odour, we had to open the windows to get rid of the smell, but unfortunately the smell just returned, it was apparent as soon as we opened the door. The heavy duvet was much to warm at night.

Helpful staff and very pleasant, nice location and really nice facilities all round, and nice gift when checking out.

Nothing, but should have stayed longer as location was perfect.

The hotel could be very agreeable, however the rooms smell tobacco as there is no control on the non-smoking policy. The pool looks nice but it was so hot inside, it was impossible to use. The staff is nice but not very helpful the first night.

Smoking rooms with no possibiity to change

We enjoyed our stay! We arrived a little early, but we could store our luggage and use the private access to the beach, the jacuzzi and the indoor pool. It was fantastic! The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and looked new. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. We had air conditioning and a little balcony. The staff was helpful and could speak English quite well.

The room gets bright in the morning (around 7 am), because there is no shutter.

The location was great, swimming pool And jacuzzi were Nice as well.

The location was good for beaches and restaurants and it was quiet. The staff were lovely and spoke very good English.

The rooms are basic and dated and the bed was a comfy if a little lumpy twin pulled together to make a double. We didn’t use the spa as the weather was perfect so spent our time at Grande Plage

Good facilities in and around the hotel so that you don’t even have to leave or go far away to enjoy everything: pool, bubble baths, buffet breakfast and bar, private acces to (stoney) beach, private parking lot.

it was a pity that the own hotel restaurant was closed during our stay.

Breakfast was great for a very reasonable price. Spa was fine, a bit too cold for winter and not very comfortable to change at. Room was small and ok but pricey.

Very convenient to coast and local restaurants. The hosts were helpful to non-French speakers. We arrived late afternoon and rested before going to Le Nautique for dinner. The location is away from some of the heavy coast traffic in La Ciotat.

Location is great, a bit on a side of the town so less crowdy and calm. I liked a lot 'espace detente', the garden with long chairs to relax in the shadow of the trees. My favorite corner of the place. Beach is 5 min walk. Service extremely pleasant and friendly.

I missed the kettle to boil a water for a coffe or tea in the room, and some glasses or coffee cups, that would be so nice to have it in the morning. I would prefer also that duvet was dressed with some linge, as using it just like that doesn't seem hygenic.
