Location was ok, some of the amenities for kids, and free drinks.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Very old / run down. The bathroom’s extractor fan was very noisy. Swimming pool closes at 6pm?! No shampoo or gel in an “all inclusive” hotel? that’s pretty basic. Food is average at best.

Staff was really kind. Food was great, a great selection, both local and international cuisine. We liked the choice of pools. Sandy beach was near and the kids liked it very much and was not crowded at all. The commercial and the main streets were close but the hotel building was at a quiet place. Apartament was spacious with two bedrooms.

Air conditioning would need an update in our room, was a bit loud and not very efficient.

Very friendly staff and a warm environment, close to the seaside. Pleasant pools, with pool bars open long hours. Well organized entertainment, every evening. The cuisine comprises a wide range of traditional dishes, as well as vegetarian and healthy diet.

bed was super comfy !!!!! everything was so clean and spotless. the staff were so welcoming. The food was good to say it was all inclusive and always something for you to eat all times of the day. Little dessert treats round the pool at 16.00 was very nice.

we had had the all inclusive package so the mini fridge was included in our price. But it wou8ld have been nice to have a kettle or tea making facilities in the room. In each all inclusive hotel ive been in we still had tea making facilties. But it wasn't to much of a problem.
