Very nice location and lovely staff very cooperative and welcoming family

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and bathroom with excellent shower. Delicious breakfast. Nice loaner umbrellas in each room if needed. Perfect location in the center of town but not right on the square. There was a festival going on and a hotel on the square that we almost chose had a band stage directly in front of it that played into the night. We were glad we could easily walk over to the festival but then head back a block or two to a quieter location. We would also recommend their restaurant.

First of all the hotel is a small Boutique hotel with extraordinary staff and a great location. For aure one of the best hotels you can stay in Kitzbühel.

Very nice breakfast. 100 meters to the main street in town , yet quiet. No traffic.

Comfortable beds but the wooden bed frames can be a little noisy when moving.

location of the hotel is amazing. the breakfast is more than enough and hotel is pretty cute. also they didnt charge us for parking slot, which was very nice. We definetely recommend this place
