Le personnel est sympatique surtout a l'accueil. La situation est proche de tout. le pdj est correct.

la fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur une cour de 4m2 et de 15m de haut. il n y avait aucune luminosité en pleine journée. la climatisation sifflait alors qu'elle était éteinte. On m'a dit que c'était l'extracteur d'air de la sdb... la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos sur booking. j'ai cependant payé le meme prix qu'une belle nouvelle chambre de 17m2. La moindre des choses est de mettre ce genre de chambre à un autre tarif et de prévenir le client. Ce n'est clairement pas un service de 4 étoiles.

The staff was very friendly and I very much appreciated the obviously recently renovated bathroom. I could tell that it was upgraded in the not too distant past, and they provided a beautiful rainforest showerhead along with a hand held showerhead, and it was a real luxury taking a shower every night. The hotel I had just come from in Amsterdam left lots to be desired in that department so it was really nice to arrive in at this hotel and have such a wonderful shower experience! Sounds silly, but important to some of us. In addition, the room was quite clean and well-maintained and for the most part the hotel was very quiet even though my room was on the main street. I heard almost nothing. I just wish the towels were a little more plush.

The breakfast selection left a little to be desired, but that’s just me. One or two mornings the scrambled eggs were not warm enough and the fruit salad seemed to come out of a can. But the dining setting is low-key and very pleasant.

Sehr gute Betten. Schönes Ambiente. Geräumiges, helles Zimmer mit großen, bodentiefen Schallschutzfenstern. Lage in der Innenstadt. Gutes Frühstück. Im Zimmer Kaffeekapseln und Maschine so wie Wasser.

Dusche hatte sehr geringen Wasserdurchlass. Problematisch ist die schlechte Anbindung der Stadt per ÖPNV an den TGV Bahnhof. Taxi Kosten zum Hotel ca € 20,-

Excellent location, very close to train station, shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

It is 3 min walk to the train station on easy to walk path. I didn’t have breakfast there but the hotel put fresh croissants and lemon water in the lobby for free. Service is efficient.

No complaints except our junior suite has a sizable living room (good!) but no chairs except a love- seat sofa. There should be chairs ( even if they are basic chairs no need luxurious), plus a small coffee table in front of the sofa would be convenient and useful. The room is big but looks empty.
