We had an Apartment in 2 floors with a garden, so we did not eat breakfast at the restaurant since we had a full kitchen with dishwasher. All details were in place. The immediate response from the staff, specially Melanie & Theodora answered to all my concerns right away. We had a late check in when the hotel was closed and no staff available, but it was really easy to get the key and find the apartment thanks to the instructions received earlier. The apartment was very big, new and super comfortable. Extremely clean. The apartment was very comfortable and big, less than 50 meters from the beach. It was great to leave the car parked at the hotel and walk around Haffkrug. You could rent bikes at the hotel and Strandkörb (beach baskets) at the beach for 14€. The best beach is straight in front of the hotel, with nice sand, ground in the beginning and around 6m deep around the floating bath platform. The beach to the north i Sierksdorf had a lot more alges and stones.

Everything was amazing, we get 2 rooms, kids was totally happy and me too😁 so close to the beach, really nice people, we will back for sure❤️🏖️

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. We stayed there for 2 days and the location was very convenient for both the seaside (1 min walking) as well as Lubek (20 min drive) and Neustadt (15 min drive). Would stay there again.

Ground level apartment meant that windows shaders had to be mostly on for privacy.

Nice hotel , walking distance to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. Great breakfast buffet.

No elevator, not recommended for handicapped people. Beds are too soft , gave me backpain. Breakfast room was crowded , no space for us , although they asked us what time we wanted to come . Small room , definitely not worth the 100 euros per night.

Wonderful friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to strand.

The only thing I did not like was that housekeeping would never leave us any soap after the first day, we stayed five days and had to ask for more.

The rate was way to high and the memory foam Matratze made me feel like lying head deeper than legs. Also I miss an extra pillow

Wonderful location - just two minutes to the beach and water front (including restaurants), new and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, a ot of beaches either in walking distance or close by, enough parking

Please be aware (in case you need it) that there is no lift/elevator to the upper floors.

The apartment was fabulous!

They didn't inform us of the internet password and it could not be found in the room. Nobody was at reception and it was closed when we noticed that we could not access the internet.
