- the room is spacious - big bathroom - attentive reservation team & Restaurant host - fast check in and check out - breakfast variety were good

- room need maintenance, especially the hotel carpet in the room and in the hallway - the towel need to be upgrade, do not used ragged towel anymore - restaurant space is limited, even though there is a coffee shop in the lobby to be used for breakfast. - no bathtub in the room

a lot of breakfast assortments, spacious room and comfort bed, nice and quiet area, close to mall and food court, strategic location you could go everywhere from this hotel.

The bathroom was in poor condition, very old. Cockroaches in the bathroom from cracks in the ceiling. Looks like it saw better days quite a few years ago, now badly in need of a refurbishment

Very spacious room in a once luxury hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use an update. Everything we need was there.

I like the room. It's bigger than the average room, the bathroom too. The staffs are nice and fast response.

Actually I booked for 2 rooms. The other room is for my children but the AC wasn't working. So I am a bit disappointed about it.

The best part of this old hotel is the bedroom is spacy. A medium-sized shopping center is located just right next to the hotel, thus it is convenient to find places for food.

The carpet in the bedroom could be cleaner. Gorden is ripped off.
