There was no Breakfast at the Hotel but the manager did fulfill our request for additional blankets in general no complaints from me

All of the blinds are damaged and inoperable bedroom sliding door not operational either otherwise ok 👍

Spacious rooms, has lifts to get upstairs. Despite the functional issues, the beds were comfy, couch was comfy, fridge was good size. A few little staples in the pantry. Plenty of plates, glasses etc

So many things to list. In the apartment we stayed in, the door key didn't work, thankfully the caretaker was quick to help. But the kettle didn't work, the dishwasher was broken (worked but was broken, ie button sticking so beeping constantly), dryer was broken, no nice little soaps, we got big open ones that you have no idea who has used or really what is even in them. Fronts of air cons needed cleaning, broken picture on wall. Walking to the apartment constant smell of cigar or cigarette, thankfully can't smell it in the apartment. Stairs to the back pool are rotting. Parking height limit which is not advertised so Street parking required.

Conveniently located and all cutlery, crockery etc supplied. Good covered and secure car park supplied. Comfortable apartment.

Large outside deck, but not good for relaxing in. High bar type table and four chairs and a day bed neither convenient for sitting on to relax and read. this could be easily fixed by owner.

Location was suitable for our trip.

There were cockroaches and lots of ants. Tv was hard to function.

Microwave was very grubby, bathrooms were a little smelly

big spaces. lovely pool. friendly staff

- we had free wifi but it didn’t work unless you sat near the foyer . our room was clean & tidy however the chemical/cleaning products smell was very overwhelming.
