We had a really nice spacious room, with huge balcony door and windows. The bed was also comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Near the city center
Brekfast was ok
No dryers for snowboard/ski boots. If you choose this hotel for winter vacation, it is very inconvenient. The rooms are very old. The bathroom has a sewage smell. The price of this hotel should be 2x - 3x times cheaper.

I like the location, our room, interiors, free parking and proximity to the town centre.
Cancellation policy. I know I agreed to paying for 3 nights in advance, but we had to cancel the 2 last nights, and I asked to have at least one night refunded, even in the form of a voucher for future stays. The hotel rejected all my requests, without any arguments, not showing any understanding. That's not a very nice customer service and I won't return there anymore. Otherwise, everything seems fine (but expensive for Eastern Europe).

Breakfast was good, room was clean and met expectations at this price point. Central location was very good. parking was easy too. Very friendly staff - who spoke both German and English.
Fixed menu (two options) - on the other hand quite okay for the price point

The location is really nice, on walking distance from the centre of the village, on a small hill overlooking the mountains. The parking places were good and in front of the hotel. The hotel had a outdoor terrace where we had a drink. The restaurant looked traditional and cozy. We liked the authentic architectioral elements on the outside. The waiter in the restaurant was professional. He tended the restaurant well and spoke English and German. The breakfast was basic but okay.
The room was okay but the design was poor and basic. With a little bit more care it would have matched the hotel better.
We booked with breakfast and dinner but the dinner was very cheap and simple. Next time we order a la carte!

Perfect location close to the main square. Good food and professional, kind staff. Clean room and very comfortable bed.
Dirty dining table and table settings from begining to the end of our stay. Codewebs everywhere in the house outside of our room, even in the sauna 😀.

Room spacious, very clean and reasonably priced, good restaurant, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. Good and quiet location. The only thing our room didn’t have was a hair dryer, but I guess guests can borrow one from the reception desk (didn’t try though). Overall very happy with our stay

Coffee good . A good variety of options . Staff attentive. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and dealt quickly and efficiently with any problems.
Beautiful 18th centuary building with views.
It is very close to the bus station but due to the steep incline we had to do a loop around. Thats not a criticism of the hotel' Reception closes at 8pm. which could be a problem but wasnt for us

The room was lacking storage space. Where are we supposed to place our 3 cases of clothes?!
