The facilities and the size and view of the room.

Breakfast awful, no liquid soap on our bathroom and at night all the trouble and noise we had to do to let them open the parking door, was terrible, becuase they didnt hear us.

The staff was very kind, the breakfast was great, the view is wonderful and the feeling of being inside the jungle

The common kitchen doesnt have enough utilities to be able to cook, the jacuzzi wasnt working.

Kind staff, nice rooms, nice infrastructure.

They didn't have all the options of breakfasts offered in the menu, and the bread was not that good

- the location and facilities (library, swimming pool, jacuzzi etc)

- the price of the food (around 10$ for spaghetti..) - the wait for the food (1h30 to get the spaghetti)

Great internet, friendly staff, nice pool/jacuzzi area in the perfect jungle setting, we had fun at trivia and karaoke night and would come again!

The best part was the staffs efforts to make our stay so comfortable, Dllilia, Judy, Darwin, Chino,joshway,Jessie all were amazing. The food prepared daily was sooo good . Excellent breakfast, hats off to the chef. The cleaning staff for rooms was supperb, rooms very clean.

Not much to complain about, in a jungle atmosphere it was very comfy would not hesitate recommending the Selina Tena Amazonia .

The internet was down, and some of the staff were not very helpful/professional. The facilities could be cleaner.

Beautiful location by the river.

The activities were very expensive and you need to be minimum 2… so I couldn’t do anything as a solo traveller.

our room had no hot shower for our 4 nights , the hot tub wasn’t hot either. the property could use a little more care I thought. our room was right next to rapids and very loud at night. next time would pick a room a little away from the water ..

Beautifull grounds, cabins set in a virgin jungle setting. The small hike from the entrance give it a special touch and the gorgeous pool a resort like setting. The cabin was spacious en well decorated

The restaurant is overpriced and has a limited menu, five dollars for a club personal is more a 5 star hotel price. The included a la carte breakfast is a nice touch, but they take to long in taking the order, bring the plates and then still mess up the dish. A grumpy start of the day and over 1h to have breakfast is just to long. Sadly similar experiences for lunch n dinner. The staff overall is kind and helpful but some ( apparent interns) are lost in basic service and what one might need, and act so slowly. The general WhatsApp group with staff n guest is a nice touch, though I recommend that it's used also to comunicate timely the days Hostal activities. Parking lot is cramped and a little help with the luggage on the short jungle trail entrance would have been appreciated.

The location just by River Napo is amazing, sleeping to the background sound of the river is so relaxing. Kind staff, very good breakfast with fresh fruits.

While we enjoyed our stay, there is just a few things missing that could easily increase the overall comfort, such as a plug in the room, some lighting by the swimming pool, a bit more space to store perosnal items in the room. Only cold water but this is somehow normal given the location.
