When we check in . we told the front desk agent The reservation was paid in full We show them the payment and I gave the CC just for incidentals she said yes nothing else . I left early one day and The Hotel charge the full stayed to my CC I call to the hotel they told me I had to fixed with booking. So I called booking and till today they didn’t refund the money . So bad communication bad staff because they didn’t told the true at front . So you can fixed once you still at the place Very disappointed bad communication bad staff it seems they are stay there bad didn’t help you at all lied to get the CC and at then end didn’t care about you as a guest .

that behind our room and building there was a nightclub that was very loud not hotel fault but tu consider. front desk magically didn’t have service at 1:55pm but a 2:00pm service came back for check in lol not a complaint but was funny

Awful location. The street is too noisy at night, and the music from a near by bar is too loud. The room A/C is quite noisy too, but also the A/C from the next door room. If you like to sleep at night choose another hotel even if It is more expensive

The hotel is not been kept, nothing like that pictures on the website, no gym, I had to pay 500 pesos for the key to the safe in the room which they refunded, there was only one garbage can in the bathroom, no chairs and the room was smaller then how it looks on the pictures

All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

We had a large room with a comfortable king bed, but no other furniture. There was plenty of room for a small table and 2 chairs. It looked pretty empty. The plugs on one side of the bed didn’t work. We were provided two bath towels, but it would have been nice to have a hand towel and face cloth. The symbols on the buttons on the remote for the air conditioner were completely worn off so it was very difficult to guess how to operate it.

The staff was nice

The bathroom was dirty, there were still hairs and the walls are so thin that we heard absolutely everything(the person next door watching tv, the car, the trash truck…). We don’t recommend for the price.

it had a perfect location it was surrounded by restaurants and convince stores. also very close walking distance to the marina (about 5 min) and far enough from the club noice).

the bathroom leaded water our entire stay, the room was extremely small. The bed literally had a sinking whole in it.

great location, affordable, complimentary breakfast was pretty good. about a 10 min walk to playa medano and the Marina. receptionist helped me set up a tour at a waaaay better price than online.

the AC didn’t really work to well. it’s set at one temp and the room was pretty warm. wasn’t too much of an issue since I was only there to sleep and it was cooler at night.
