Stayed here before ! Love the place ! Grate nice rooms comfortable beds clean and every u need !! Close to yumbo centre so aspect noice in the night time !

Central location and ease of access, Once allocated a "decent" room, the room was very clean, light and with great views. Pool area amazing, great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Great team of employees.

1st impressions are the very badly maintained entrance / smoking tunnel. Specifically asked for an upper room and was allocated a 1st floor corner room that seemed it had not been renovated or cleaned since 1985.. views over looking machinery and the roof of the entrance. These corner rooms should be sold as budget rooms, disgusting. We were told these rooms were retained for Booking.com guests!!! Had to suffer this room for one night and offered no refund. Communal areas (lift) constantly occupied with over flowing laundry bins and garbage. Naturist roof terrace, a little uncomfortable. Gym Impossible to use as two American guests had taken up resident in there, no control for time slots to let other guests use it.

Everything was on point. The pool is very large and nice, Everything is so clean and close to the beach or restaurants or even a shopping centre where you can find outlet things. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels changed.

The room was on the first floor above a restaurant. Very loud in the evening until midnight. I could hear the cooling system from the restaurant I think during the night.

Location is perfect and swimming pool is one of the best in playa del ingles.

My room was located on 1st floor just above the restaurant and there was a loud music till 2am

bedroom at back of building could hear noise from Yumbo Centre till 4-5AM . glad i had earplugs !!!! On next visit will requestbedroom to front of building overlooking pool/gardens.

Location excellent if visiting yumbo centre. Pool was warm and plenty seating/loungers available. Staff friendly and rooms clean. No complaints

loved Playa del Sol, staff so friendly, helpful and efficient. location for the Yumbo centre was excellent. we had a 2 bedroom apartment, lovely and clean, lots of space, overlooking the pool and room cleaned daily. the food at the poolside bar was excellent and cheap. we can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend Playa del Sol

our last night couldn’t sleep ignorant guests who decided to party all night until 6 in the morning when we had to get up early for our flight I wouldn’t mind but the night life is on there doorstep didn’t need to disturb other guests just rude selfish people

Amazing hotel and wonderful people! As a professional who also works in the hotel industry in London, I can not explain how great is the hotel. From the moments on check in to check out everything was absolutely perfect! Most important - the hotel staff really do care about their guests. All staff working there is very friendly and at the same time extremely professional. During my stay unfortunately while I was busy with my phone😜 I haven’t notice that the floor has been mopped. I slipped on the stairs. /So boys please be careful don’t look at on your phone while walking 😜/ Immediately Efi from the reception organised help and send me to the hospital. Thanks God everything was ok no fracture . Thank you so much Efi for everything you done it for me. You were absolutely fantastic! This is not a hotel! it’s a home away from home! I was in a premier apartment and I had everything that I need for my stay. The bedroom is on the quiet side, so the noise from Yambo was not too much. There is a pool, solarium and gym. Once again all of you guys working there thank you so much. See you in November ♥️
