The comfort double room was modern & clean.

Rooms were a bit noisy and no/ limited charging option for EVs

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön im Grünen und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt.

Das einzige, was nicht ganz so toll war, war der Abfluss der Dusche auf dem Zimmer. Der war leider verstopft.

Schön gelegen - ruhig - dennoch verkehrsgünstig

Ich war im Nachbarhaus untergebracht, 3. Stock, kein Aufzug, letztes Stockwerk so eng, dass ich mir kofferschleppend denn Kopf gestoßen habe. - Beim Frühstück sollte ich für einen Milchkaffee statt Filterkaffee 3 Euro zahlen🤷‍♂️ Die Sauna hatte ich für ein Golfhotel anders (jünger und großzügiger) erwartet

Der Pool war sehr klein und leider nur stundenweise Öffnungszeiten vormittags und abends.

The hotel is a scam. Bait and switch with the swimming pool. The pool is closed for guests during the normal staying hours. Internet was a disaster, could not do any video conferences. Their firewall blocked uploads to Wordpress. Loud rooms. I could hear people showering at 6 AM next door.

I was disappointed that the pool wasn't heated, so didn't use it.

Unfortunately, while we stayed here for three days, we didn’t have many chances to enjoy the hotel’s services, such as the sauna, gym, and swimming pool. Staff has been very kind and helped us accommodating some changes we asked through Booking.com before our arrival. The hotel is close to the Kemnader See (the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, at the end of the street - 2 mins walking) and the Botanical Garden. Also, there is walking trail to get to the Uni; if you are not keen to walking, a bus will bring you there in about 5 mins. Everything else is not so easy to reach if you do not have a car…which may cause transfer times to even double! We had breakfast there and it was okay. As sweet options, you would have delicious croissants-that you may fill with Nutella or different kinds of jams, milk, cereals, juice and yogurt. The hotel and the rooms were clean, but (unless explicitly required) there was no housekeeping-because of Covid. But you could ask anything you need at the 24/7 reception. We had a room on the third floor, with a nice view on the woods around and a (small) balcony.

We spent three days in probably one of the hottest days in the entire summer, so we missed air conditioning in the room. Our room had a balcony and two windows, but it wasn’t enough to make it nice to stay inside, especially throughout the day and early evening. At night it was better. The room was a bit small, while the bathroom was large and comfortable!

It was in a very quiet part of the town. Staff was great, food was hearty and wholesome. Price was good.

Room was so bare, no fridge or tea kettle. Internet was insufficient for occasional work. But the lobby/restaurant area was pleasant due to helpfulness of staff.

When we tried to go to the pool it was used for school swimming teaching class. Our kids had been looking forward so they were extremely disappointed. Couldn't put us in two connected rooms, tried to put us in a smoking room, could not provide a baby cot. All these things they have promised before hand but could not deliver..

Loved the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet had great choices. The hotel is nicely located in near woods and a lake. The staff was all the time very attentive and friendly.

Good hotel in nice surroundings. Great breakfast and service-minded staff. Big rooms and bathrooms, and a small balcony.

I have No critical comments. The staff memebers were very nice and polite. The breakfasts were Ok.
