Very kind staff, good location in Rodadero.

no elevator, no hot water in the shower, we woke up many times during the night because of wind noises from the non-sealed window!!

spacious room

horrible breakfast. very small plate per person, cheapest and lowest quality ever tasted, especially the sausages in the eggs. we got a bad stomache and diarreah right away. the fridge in the room smelled bad, the TV did not work well. no elevator, had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. we told our complains to two different receptionists, they did not seem to care. they noted it in the computer but that didnt help us. We requested a recompensation for the breakfast, they did not even care. they even charched us extra money to leave the luggage for the day. very rude and not the right way to handle problems.

Breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal. People are nice.

Some internal steps of the pool

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to Rodadero beach, but still far away from the noise.

The food quality could have been higher. The Internet connection wasn't good. The sheets were a little bit stiff.

What I liked was the attention received from staff. We were locked out and they helped us get in the room. Facilities were well taken care of. Internet connection is reliable and I appreciate the mini fridge. They really take health and safety seriously

I would have liked water in the summing pool to be warm. Breakfast is good but a bit of more variety would be welcomed
