Upgraded to larger room. Lots of space and great view good facilities

Noise from air conditioning system outside bedroom window. Lack of curtains in bedroom.

Petit hôtel très bien équipé. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Piscine, hôtel un peu à l écart du centre, très calme, parking.

Super kind staff, they helped us when air condition malfunctioned and did free room upgrate for us. They made sure we had a great time.

The extraordinary friendly staff!

Laurus was our first stop on our journey through Croatia, and it was surprisingly amazing. It somehow created a 4 star experience which, sadly, couldn't be matched by the next 4 star hotels we visited onwards. From the moment we stepped inside, all the staff tried to help us in any way possible and in a friendly way possible. The room was spacious and comfy, offering also a stunning view to the sea. To be quite frankly, we've seen 5 star rooms looking inferior to this one. Then, the restaurant is a real gem. It offers a really luxury menu, but for decent prices. And the staff is also helpful, very polite and.. quick. Since it was quite cold outside, they brought us blankets even without asking. Thumbs up, guys! Breakfast was also rich in options. Compared with the other 4 star hotels which we visited in Croatia during the following days, i would say that Laurus is more like a 5 star. And yes, we would definetly include Laurus in our next trip to Croatia.

A bit far and uphill from Opatija. Need car to come back to the hotel
