המלון היה מלא באוכלוסיות צועקות. בני נוער ובני מיעוטים. ישבו בלילה וצרחו לנו מתחת לכלון. טינפו וזיהמו. החלון בחדר כלל לא נסגר (חדר 240, קומה 2). החדר זעיר וקטן מדי. ללא שום מתקנים נורמילם (אם ידש קומקום- אין היכן לשים אותו, והמקרר הקטן רחוק מהשקע). ארוחת הבוקר הייתה לא טעימה, לא טרייה. הלחמים והלחמניות היו יבשים (לפחות בני שבוע). ואפילו הבקשה של לצאת מאוחר יותר במוצ"ש, כמו בשאר המלונות איתם אנחנו שוהים, נענתה בתוספת של כסף. בקיצור- חווייה די קשוחה . חבל. הבריכה דווקא סבבה. חדרים פתוחים באמצע שיפוץ- חוויה לא נעימה ולא אסתטית

Очень удобно расположен,в районе гостиниц. До торгового центра Айс Молл 7-8 мин,а до торгового центра "Муль Аям" идти 10-12 мин. До автовокзала 15 мин.идти не торопясь. Понравилась еда в ресторане, на завтрак и ужин большой выбор и всего много
Много детей,шумно,целый день у бассейна с песнями и плясками громко играет музыка.Нам повезло наш номер был на другой стороне не было так шумно.Ресторан,мне чем то напомнил столовую школьного лагеря.Гостинице нужен полный ремонт,а не только сменить название

חדר נחמד ממש, לא קטן מידי. עם מרפסת קטנה טלוויזיה עם יוטיוב, מקרר, קומקום(לא היה פן). ארוחת בוקר מגווונת עם אפשרויות ללא גלוטן וצמחוני. בריכה נקיה עם מקומות ישיבה נוחים בשמש ובצל.
עונה על כל הצרכים לחופשה לא יקרה אבל נעימה.
הצ'ק אין ב4 אז אין טעם לנסות לפני.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה, שידרגו לנו לקומה ראשונה , שילמנו מחיר זול אז היתה תמורה למחיר
זאת לא פעם ראשונה שלי שם בגילגוליו הדודמים היה הרבה טוב, שולחנות מתנדנדים, המגבות שהיו בחדר לא הוחלפו למרות בקשותינו )ולא פעם אחת( משפצים שם גם תוך כדי מה שלא מוסיף לך אווירה , צעקות של בני נוער מהחדרים מהמרפסות גם בלילה )אולי ספציפית עכשיו בגלל שיש להם רמאדן או משהו( הרגשנו דיי בכפר.
חוסר נקיון או שפשוט המקום ממש ישן!

The price- which suited the value…
It’s not updated. A towel was left behind in the bathroom, a knife was left under the fridge. The fridge leaked water. The staff wasn’t very helpful

There were double bookings for rooms, we waited an hour to get the room and other families with children waited 2-3 hours.
The door to the room couldn’t be locked because the lock was literally taken out and there was a hole in the door instead, the sofa was dirty and so was the blanket and the breakfast looked bad

the lift smelled bad because someone urinated in it. When we were there the pool was not usable because of construction (without letting us know before booking). The bathrooms and especially the towels were not clean.

Professional receptionists, hotel is in good location
Very dirty room was full for cockroach. I had to change to another room but the same problem and then they moved me to the third room. Third room was okay, but the fire alarm was broken and shower handle was broken.
