The staff were wonderful and did all they could to improve our stay at this overpriced, below average resort. The beach is also very nice and we liked that there were always sun beds available. We were here to celebrate our honeymoon so were upgraded from a double room to a bungalow and were able to eat at the slightly nicer 5* buffet restaurant. Even here though, most food was only passable with only a few decent options. The local tavernas (within driving distance) served far superior food for a fraction of the cost. Sadly, despite the upgrades, which we were very grateful for, we wouldn’t return and would not recommend this place.

This resort has cheaped out on everything possible – from tatty old bathroom towels, to the budget beds, to the passable food, to the generally disappointing environment. The room was not restful, with an extremely uncomfortable bed, consisting of a terrible mattress and the cheapest pillows money can (or can’t) buy. The AC unit was ancient and the fridge had a very loud hum - again not conducive to a good nights sleep. The phone and the safe in the room didn’t work. The buffet breakfast and dinner is served in a canteen-style environment. While the fruit at breakfast is fresh, the hot options are not appetizing and greasy/very fatty. Again for dinner, the hot options aren’t really any good, though the salads and some cold food options are pleasant enough it doesn’t really fill you up. The food generally needs serious improvements, as does the dining environment - feels like an average 3* place at best. For the nicer pool area you need to pay an additional 10 euros per day for a sunbed…and the main bar area for the evening is disappointing. We were served a warm margarita (with blue-dyed salt on the rim - why dye it blue?) and bad red wine in a small 187ml bottle (like the ones you get on a flight…). There’s no option to buy a better glass of wine, you have to buy an entire bottle. Further, the location isn’t good, you definitely need a car - and I think the price of the property should reflect its’ less than desirable location, but it doesn’t. I could go on but this is the first hotel we have ever tried to walk out of (but couldn’t really as we would of been charged the entire amount) so we stayed and really tried to make the most of it…you live and you learn! Look elsewhere :).

The bungalows are very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful. The staff is very polite. This was the second time we visit and we will come again!

Everything was perfect

Very nice Resort, lots of well spaced bungalows. The beach is beautiful and well protected from winds. The staff is exceptionnally welcoming and friendly. This hotel is a real treasure ... not too big and still all the ammenities you would expect from a big hotel.

The fitness could be a bit better.

Stylish, in a great location, relaxed atmosphere, the staff very attentive would definitely book here again and recommend to friends it was lovely
