Great facility with very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent good size room.

Poor Wifi in the room. Restaurant was good but expensive. Alcohol excessively expensive.

Staff very helpful. The kindness of the venue colleagues was polite. Excellent standards within the venue.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were relieved to be able to open the window fully and there was a fan. This was during the heatwave.

The bathroom. We were given a room suitable for a disabled person. The bathroom was large but poorly designed. The handbasin was tiny with nowhere to put anything. The space between the basin and the toilet was very small so that you couldn't stand at the basin comfortably. You couldn't see in the mirror while standing up because the mirror was so short. You had to sit on the toilet, which didn't have a lid, in order to shave and see in the mirror. The shower overflowed all over the floor but because there was a lip on the floor the water didn't run back. The shower head was poorly fixed so that the water ran straight down the wall, we had to do a temporary fix to be able to use it. I wonder how a person in a wheelchair would ever use the basin. Not all disabled people are in wheelchairs and if you're going to give the room to people who are not in a wheelchair, then you need to rethink the design. You couldn't get the kettle under the taps because the basin was so small. Bit mean on tea bags and milk and NO biscuits.

Staff excellent. Helpful, friendly and considerate. Great welcome on check in, quick response to minor issues, and easy check out. Stayed at all 3 hotels on site in the past and the staff always are always consistent. We Love going back.

We had a disabled room on this visit with no walk in shower, not sure why as not requested, minor issue that didn't ruin the stay.

Good location for the event I needed to get to. Easy access to room. Could please ourselves for breakfast. Very clean. Modern with nice complex

Room was cold on arrival but soon sorted by staff. Bed bit hard for me.
