The size of the room was impressively large. Facilities and room very clean

The staff is kind, location is perfect a few steps from the city center, the room and bed are confortable and the breakfast is fantastic.

It got a little warm without AC, but I suspect no AC is normal in this region

I especially liked the hospitality of the staff, the breakfast and the location of the hotel!

The hotel is in an ideal location near the station and a supermarket and just a very short walk away from the old town. And yet the room was very quiet. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a big sofa! But what's really lovely about the hotel is that the staff made us feel like they were expecting us and they knew us. None of this anonymous pretence that you often get elsewhere. I'm sure next time in Bruneck we'll stay there again. The breakfast is excellent: There is a choice of different breads and rolls with many jams and cheeses. They also cook hot stuff upon order. The eggs were perfectly cooked. Also, we ate at the hotel restaurant. I've not had a better goulash with dumplings for a very long time. It was just heaven! I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant!

Not far from city centre (about 10 minutes walk), next to a large supermarket, with own private parking and restaurant. The room was quite large, with a balcony. Breakfast was alright, although warm dishes (eggs etc.) were offered when we already grabbed too much.

It's a noisy street outside, so opening your windows during the night might be sleep-disruptive.
