room was not the cleanest, facilities were dated for the price of the room I would have expected a lot more. value for money was not met.

The only thing was finding it, the given satnav postcode took me first to Airdrie then to Glenbogie before having to ring and ask for directions, even then I had to stop in Asda to ask the way, some better sign posting especially on the access road would be really beneficial.

the rooms are so spacious and the staff (Kathleen) are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. I have stayed on numerous occasions now and always made welcome.

Shower was cold so had to use a different room for the shower but they were having boiler problems.

The staff were very friendly, good location.

The restaurant was very disappointing. The room was basic, more like a Travel Lodge, and was only partly cleaned during our stay.

Very good location, near so many shops and retail shops

Nicely presented hotel, good parking, clean rooms , great reception staff, nothing too much trouble! Lovely breakfast served in the restaurant next door!

Rooms aren’t huge , we were on a higher floor traffic was really bad, moved to lower floor next day without a problem! No lounge or bar to meet up with friends, a couple of pubs nearby … were ok ! Getting a taxi in the area at night was a nightmare sadly!

I stopped using the Mondo when the wifi was very poor, now it's fixed and was a solid 30Mb, 25ms latency. A very welcome improvement

Hotel was next to a nightclub, which I didn't pick up on when booked but actually wasn't noise from there that bothered us, it was in hotel itself. When we were given room (104) just off reception, had a feeling this might not be good. Hardly slept all night, either with people coming into reception and chatting, doors banging, noises from upstairs and just noise in general. Paid extra for Superior King but this room should only be given to last minute bookings, not someone who has booked months in advance as I did. Very disappointed as reviews seemed good. Would not return.

as we stayed a Saturday night it was noisy outside. so had to shut the window so it was a bit warmalso doors to each room in the corridor clised noisily and theregore dusruptive
