Bad Experience with Staff specially Manager was Abbie really rude. Dirty messy rooms.

Customer relation are very bad, rooms are not clean properly. Toilets and baths are dirty. Staff are not co operative as well

Bit shabby and not that clean (cobwebs etc) but what do you expect for the money.

Nice area, beautiful scenery, clean warm bathrooms outside.

Price too high. Beds uncomfortable, tents too close to each other, wood bundle for inside stove did not last like they said it would.

I really liked clean kitchen, that everyone cleaned after themselfs really well. I liked area and that it was not far to shops. Very peacefull place!

Little to small room and not much in them. Chair with table and some waredrobe could be handy:)

The facilities where fantastic, there was a lot more than expected. The kitchen facilities where great, fridges/freezers, multiple washing and cooking stations. Also a great system to label each families belongings. This was our first family camping trip so it really made life easier

Ofter all toilet had no toilet roll, or the dispensers where jammed making it impossible to get anything out. They also don’t allow your own alcohol on site which is something I have never come across camping before?

Location and facilities were excellent, my family and I loved the place and felt so relaxed here.

Check in time is too late. You pay for a night yet can't get into your accommodation til 5pm! I don't buy the extra cleaning for covid excuse at this point so please reassess this!

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Pod was excellent and our trip was only let down by the lack of stuff we brought. Next time we will be better prepared and it'll be perfect

We stopped in a pod, loved it but a small shelf between the 2 beds would have been great, for putting watches, phones etc on

I was not aware about the weather so I booked outside the building but it was wet and also I was with elderly mom. But the staff were so friendly and helpful that they understand our problem that we were provided inside room for no extra cost.

May be a lift to go up floors.

Amazing location, friendly staff and well priced bar. We stayed in one of the pod and the price was reasonable

The inside of the pod is very basic, a shelf or somewhere to put luggage would help. We were only two but I don't know how you manage in 4 people
