Very nice breakfast, very nice pool, and with a nice beach right outsider.. its a very quiet Area.. maybe a little to quiet..

The rooms we got was really small for 3 persons.. and it overall feels a bit old..

The swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Clear water and enough beds for sitting or sleeping at the pool. The rooms are clean, refreshing towels daily, but it is outdated. The beds are too short for the in general longer North European. The breakfast was oké, but then again not too fancy. De airco makes quite a noice, doesn’t really cool the room (capacity issue). I informed the manager, because we had three room and all were cooping with the same problem. Unfortunately no difference noticeable after repair??The shower is small, facilities are there. No dinner available, no lunches either. There is a bar present but the staff has no clue whatsoever how to make a cocktail. There is a free parking lot available and this together with the pool and the nearby sea makes it worth staying. It is overpriced and for dinner you really need to walk for 30 minutes at least, but the staff was really nice.

The property is in need of an update, the TV reception was poor and the cooking facilities were broken in one of our rooms. The bar only offered cold snacks and no meals apart from breakfast

The courtesy of the peple working there. The big swimming pool. The sea just few minutes walk. The room is comfortable with a little balcony. It is the ideal place for families, we will definitely come back.

I do not mind to walk but the centre of Terracina is 30 min walk.
