Nos parece que falta limpieza de la alberca y los baños de la alberca

La zona en la que se encuentra es muy tranquila y las habitaciones son cómodas

Las instalaciones están descuidadas. Me cambiaron de habitación porque en la que pasé la primera noche no había agua caliente. La alberca no está climatizada

All the staff was very kind and accommodating. It is a very quiet place to spend a few days with the family and offers plenty of space to explore with a small child. The massages at the Spa are great.

Rooms are very cold (at least in garden level). The food selection is very poor and not very good, some plates were cold or unseasoned. The hotel won't do any charges to the room, which prompts you to carry cash or cards everywhere.

The área and the hotel itself are good. But they are understaffed.

No staff to receive you or on the restaurant, the room didn't have a phone.

The staff was nice (except for the check-out person). The check-in was late at night and someone was waiting for us. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very big and comfortable in general. The waiter was super nice.

The pool was really cold and we couldn't use it (it was one of the reasons I chose that place), it was not heated because there weren't too many guests at the time. The room was cold too, the second night we requested to turn on the fireplace. The place is by the road, a bit far from the city. There are some table games, like ping pong, pool and hockey, but only the hockey is in good condition. The check-out was not so nice, we previously arranged a time to leave, and the person in charge didn't know, so he asked me if I wanted to book another nigh. Also, when I told him about the pool issue, he didn't care at all.

The place is beautiful, secure, clean. the staff was really helpful. My mother loved the massage that she ordered.

Little out of Valle de Bravo but it is really close to the cascades Velo de Novia
