Fijn huis, alles aanwezig inclusief wasmachine en barbecue. Dat was zeer handig. De tuin is groot, heerlijk voor kinderen om te spelen! De sauna is een leuke extra. Op wandelafstand van bakker en slagerij, voor kleine boodschappen. Fijne omgeving om te wandelen.

Es hat uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen. An Ausstattung in der Küche war mehr als genügend vorhanden. Was man in der Beschreibung noch mit angeben könnte, wäre die Größe der benötigten Bettwäsche. Bei den Eizel-/Stockbetten werden 90cm Laken und kleine Deckenbezüge benötigt und bei den Doppelbetten 140cm Laken und große Deckenbezüge. Zudem sollte die Schaukel wieder repariert werden. WIr waren dort als Mannschaftsfahrt und daher hat uns die Abgeschiedenheit nichts ausgemacht. Der See mit Badestrand ist fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch war er auf Grund von Bauarbeiten abgesperrt als wir dort waren.

Location was easy to reach. Enough parking spots at the house. Nice big garden to play football, volleyball or badminton. The swing was in a crumbling condition but the owner has already ordered a new one which should be installed my now. Kitchen was well equipped with enough and big cooking pots, which is helpful for a big group. One coffee machine but thermos jugs. Enough space and big tables. Rooms were clean and had also enough space. The double rooms en suite are great as there was no clashes in the bathrooms in the morning. The owner has added the information about the bed sheets in the description which was helpful. Surrounding area The Lac du Robertville is a great place to spend the day. The guided tour at castle Reinhardstein takes about a good hour and also something for the kids. There is a bowling center in Malmedy for a rainy day.

We have, or enjoy a family vacation! The house has many opportunities for children and youth and the elderly play place for kids, soccer for youth and in the house two comfortable lounges with TV "and even a Blu-ray. Totally awesome. Rooms were perfect and ideal with a shower per room. bidding Area for everyone beautiful nature and a stone's throw away from major cities.

Also the weather was good to us which we, anyway, and 6 families together 15 adults and 8 children, had a very nice weekend, walked a lot, and played in the garden. room was so everyone was happy, could be better?

We celebrated with 15 people our annual family reunion and were really well equipped in this house with everything you need. R nAbsolute cleanliness in all rooms and in the bathrooms. Recommended r nVery!

We were with our family (18 people) in the house Les Bouleaux. The house is new and lacks atmosphere but it is super clean. In the village of Robertville is not much to do most restaurants / pub 's are closed or are for sale. Nearby is doing (or a short drive) of everything we have, however badly affected by the weather. We have not been to Monschau in Germany and have a beer tasting near done.

Overall good holiday. Beautiful area and lots to do nearby eg glassworks in Monchau was very interesting (especially with children who may even glass blowing for ?). The lead mine just across the border is also a must. walks around Robertville course

Friday arrived, and as a cheese evening for 23 people, Saturday looking chocolate tour, Sunday brunch with all zen to 13 o'clock and then djembee to 15uur a very cool weekend, and the weather dry and fresh

Together with children and grandchildren pleasant, was quickly passed

We have been going for 20 years this group (about 18 people, 5 families) on weekend in the Ardennes. This house is one of the best we have ever had (in about the same price range).

Beautiful house, at least not noisy house, everything is present and plenty of room.

Everything inside was fine. The kitchen was adequately equipped and spacious. The dining area is certainly sufficient ruim.De house is very fast verwarmd.De andel guards are near (or further if you want)

With a large group of friends, adults and children, a long weekend verbleven.Een large and spacious house, well maintained (everything works) and clean. Large spacious kitchen with dining area where you z "n all can eat. The living room is also large enough for cozy to sit together. For the children there is a table football game. Four bedrooms have private bathroom and toilet. Before the other rooms a spacious bathroom with separate toilet available. Around the house is a lawn with goals, swing, slide. Area is a nice walking area.

practical home for our large group with many small children. Quiet area with fenced yard. In short, a less cozy house, but very practical with friendly landlord.
