Wir kannten das Haus schon aus 2019. Damals ein schönes Beispiel für ein Barockschlösschen des Ersterbauers. Die das Haus restaurierten Hamburger Erben hatten den preußischen Geist exzellent präsentiert. Damals eine ausgesuchte Bibliothek mit Originalliteratur aus dem 18.Jahrhundert, sowie eine schöne Porzellansammlung. Die Küche ist auch heute noch sehr gut, wie auch der Service und der Spabereich.

Die Vitrinen im Festsaal mit Technik gefüllt, die Bibliothek zur typischen Touristischen Ablagesammlung verkommen - schade. Im Zimmer vielerorten Gebrauchsspuren, die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht effektiv regulieren.

The hotel is amazing. The design of old and modern is absolutely perfekt. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom very nice. The restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast is good. However, it is really annoying that there is not one electrical socket close to the bed in order to load the mobile phone! Overall the hotel looks much better than on the website, at least that was the case for me.

- The property is truly lovely, with its picturesque landscape and charming pond with swans. It's a serene retreat. - The playground for kids is a wonderful touch and was greatly appreciated by our daughter. - We were impressed by the abundance of towels in the bathroom; it's always reassuring to have plenty available. - The staff were consistently professional and friendly, contributing positively to our overall experience.

- Despite the pleasant overall experience, we didn't feel that it aligned with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Regrettably, we found ourselves questioning the value for money. - There seemed to be a lack of attention to the finer details that typically distinguish a 5-star experience from a 4-star one. - We opted for the chalet/suite, expecting a luxurious experience. However, being situated outside the main building detracted from the ambiance we anticipated. - One significant issue was the lack of prior information regarding the shared arrangement of the chalet/suite. We were surprised to find an office and storage room on the ground floor, with no separate door to our rooms upstairs. Consequently, we were provided with a cumbersome set of keys to secure each room, which felt less than ideal for a 5-star establishment. - The furnishings in the suite were disappointingly basic, failing to evoke the luxurious Chateau experience we had hoped for. - It was disheartening to realize that despite opting for the more expensive room, our experience did not reflect the level of luxury expected from a 5-star hotel.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, der Service sehr zuvorkommend, obwohl wir uns in Englisch verständigen mussten.

Die Sauberkeit im Fitnessraum ließ Wünsche offen (Fußboden)

Jedyny mały minus to drink bar, jak na 5 * hotel bar czynny do 22, braki asortymentu.

Vriendelijke gastheer en personeel. Proper hotel in een mooie setting (kasteel). Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste badkamer. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik van de spa voorzien van zwembad en sauna tot 22 uur 's avonds.

Weinig of geen horeca in de nabije omgeving. Het eigen restaurant is iets te beperkt qua menu.
