Toilet facility, the shower was superb. a trolley with every size towels bed were actually comfortable and clean sheets tea, coffee stationery was the best touch

there was a lamp next to my bed that i couldn't turn on because not attached to the socket, and i couldn't find it cause behind my bed or i'm not sure why.

when it was raining the rain was dropping from the sky window, I could hear people talking and the washing machine was working all the time 😅. 5+ just for the hotel staff they were very nice 👍

Cold water for bathing throughout the stay. radiators cold and set to 5. I caught a cold. I informed the reception about cold water. they said they didn't know and they didn't ask me for the room number or any information. the room was dirty ….

No organization and communication at front desk. We had to ask to clean our rooms otherwise it wouldn't be cleaned. Asked for a small lunch box on last day, one receptionist said yes another said it wouldn't be possible. One group had lunch boxes, we didn't although we paid for breakfast during the stay. The receptionist on the 21/10 was rude and showed no care for the hosts.

The location is not bad。but the apartment is old and small。The room is dark and the light is not good

This is my first bad review of hotels. It was cold in the morning and evening in Poland at the end of September, but the quilt in the room was very thin and the heating wouldn't turn on. I asked the reception guy to add a quilt or blanket, but he refused blankly. I asked him why, and he just said, no. I explained that I slept very cold at night, and the heating can not work at all.but he still said, we don't have. I had to put on my thickest clothes and sleep for three nights.then i got a cold. I don't know if it's because I'm Chinese, but from checking in to asking for a quilt, the receptionist didn't have a smile on his face. This is the worst service attitude I have ever encountered. NOT RECOMMEND.
