Sea, Swimpool, Staff. I have been in Elpida Beach Studios with my mother we spend lovely time there. The staff is very kind, they met all our needs, always kind and smiling. They helped us with their advices. I suggest this accomodation, the room was very nice and clean, the position is very good. We will came back for sure. I want to thank for the hospitality.

We loved the room we stayed in - it was modern and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the shower and bathroom were great, and we loved the little terrace with a swinging chair. The aircon had a silent setting which meant we got a good sleep (I know people who stayed at other places in Faliraki who did not have that experience, so it’s a big plus). All staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is great because it’s by a little beach that is beautiful and less touristy than the main one. I did a lot of snorkelling which was even better than the snorkelling I did on an official boat trip. Despite the quiet location, the hotel is very close to restaurants and the main beach if you want to explore it. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

There could be more vegan breakfast options (maybe plant based milk), but that applies to most hotels to be fair.

Room which was suite with private plunge pool was modern and spacious. The outside space large and right on beachfront. Lots of bars and restaurants on doorstep and the busier part of Faliraki only 15 minute walk away.

would be nice to have some cleaning products in the room for washing dishes and swiping the floor as it’s a sandy beach and impossible to avoid sand in the floor. shower curtain is very bad . again if hotel suggest La wet room shower then should provide mop to wipe it dry

A wonderful family-run hotel in the quiet area of Faliraki, right on the beach, with its own pool surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines. It is just a 20-minute walk on the beach path to the hustle and bustle, bars and clubs, of Faliraki centre. The rooms are spacious with a small balcony and they are cleaned every two days. There is a cafe terrace overlooking the beach with spectacular views and reasonable prices. There are are supermarkets and restaurants close by and a nudist beach just over the hill in the next bay. The best thing is the friendly atmosphere - always ready for a chat. Iannis and Tina made us feel really at home.

Everything was perfect, but most importantly the family run business was what made the stay so enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Cocktails were made to perfection, food was delicious, continental breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausages plus pastries, pool area was spotless. Superior room was gorgeous, maid service perfect, even swept up the pine needles from the tree on the patio everyday. Location was perfect, nice n quiet, walking into faliraki along the beach was about 15 mins, plenty of Bars and places to eat along the way. Definitely coming back to stay here.

Great location right on the beach front with a pool and snack bar around 15 mins walk from the resort centre. Only stayed here for 6 hours as a filler till our pick up to take us back to the airport but well wirth the price we paid via booking.com price also included bedroom tax so nothing to pay when wr arrived.

excellent location break fast was great and rooms were very clean and staff friendly

we were lucky and had an apartment in the front building facing the sea so an excellent balcony. Everything was clean and relatively new.

the young ladies working reception in the morning were excellent, full of smiles and eager to assist. Unfortunately, the lady in the evenings who we interacted with three times was always aggressive, dismissive, and made us wish we were not there.

Location was okay, the room was actually quite comfortable and clean, just renovated it seems. The bathroom was also perfect. Staff is nice too. If you like pool time and would spend your whole day there rather than the beach, this could be your place. Mind the air con noise in the room though.

My air conditioning made soooo much noise, I couldn't sleep at all, and I couldn't turn it off either because there was no mosquito nets at the balcony door (it is necessary here in summer). Breakfast is bad, you can do much better than that. I wouldn't come back.

It was a bit old it reminded me of the 80's but in general it was ok. The stuff was very polite!!!

I didn't like the beach in front! And you have to pay for the umbrellas.

Quiet location, near the beach. The staff was amazing. The hotel has it's own pool, very relaxing to stay there. The room had everything we needed for a short stay. Nice view from the balcony.The center was 10-15min walking away. Supermarkets few minutes away, also the bus stop. Would stay there again.
