Schönes neues Hotel direkt in der Altstadt nahe dem Hafen und dem alten Markt. Neue Anlage, gutes Frühstück, Regenwalddusche ABER

Zimmerreinigung ALLE VIER TAGE d. h. auch alle vier Tage neue Handtücher. Bei einem Duschtuch und einem Handtuch bei schwülem Sommerwetter ist das zu wenig. Ich lege Wert darauf zu duschen wann es notwendig ist und nicht wenn das Handtuch wieder trocken ist. Schade tolles Hotel - ich würde trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.

No cleaning, no new coffe, shower gel etc during the stay VERY HOT INSIDE DURING THE NIGHT - no air-conditioner, no even ventilator

Our room was in a new building of the hotel, everything is new and well organised. The room is quite big, as well as the bathroom, furniture and bed are comfortable. The breakfast was served with a variety of ham, cheese and bread. It also included meatballs and scrambled eggs, as well as pancakes:)) selection of jam and juice was also included. Hotel is located near the harbour in a walking distance from all the attractions of Stralsund. Personnel was very helpful in all requests, and it’s worth noting that every person was willing to help:))

Cleaning is done only once per 4 days of staying.. I’d suggest every 3 days at least.

They did not clean the room daily or make the beds.

Loved the location as it was so close to walk around the port. Clean and comfortable for one night with a couple of friends.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when I needed transport to the station in early hours, 2 people gone beyond their duty. I was very grateful.

Carrying my suitcase up and down/2.floor was too much for me.

Our stay was quite good. The facilities are new and neat, there was enough space in the room and the food was delicious. Personnel was friendly and helpful. The location in the heart of the city, close to main places of interest and parkings, makes it a right choice.

Guidance to the new building could be a bit more transparent. If the guide could simply say something like "100 meters up the street towards the Kütertor" instead of an address, it would help to understand the directions faster.
