The room was spacious and the decor very modern. The king size bed was very comfortable too.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful
As we arrived on Sunday the restaurant was closed so there was nowhere to eat.

Comfortable and serene. Evening meal of burgers was simple and tasty and there was a good breakfast selection.
Staff were friendly and room was large and comfortable. Parking on site and easy check-in. We would recommend.
Only one set of bath towels despite booking a double room for a couple. Staff apologised and sorted the issue immediately.

Nice, friendly 'conference-type' hotel, just off roads to Dieppe/Le Havre North of Rouen. Pleasant, green surroundings within generally commercial out-of-town area. Room was fine. As confidently forecast, restaurant was closed on the Sunday!

It's in an odd location. An oasis of loveliness in a grotty semi-industrial area. Really nice hotel. comfortable beds. lots of space for a room with 3 beds (often family rooms are really crammed in). Nice grounds and lovely to stay somewhere different from the chain hotels.
when we stayed it was very hot (over 30 deg C) and the room didn't get cool at all. we all sweltered without AC. but if the weather is not like this, it wouldn't be a problem.

Good hotel in a easy location just off the motorway. Good comfy beds. Great breakfast! Very clean and one of few hotels that could accommodate two adults three children in the same room.
The hotel seems to almost be in two half’s. All the beautiful reception area on the photos and teal bedroom decor etc was no where to be seen on our half. However was still very nice.

it was very picturesque and the accommodation was clean. The bathroom was a great family size.
The family room was a tight squeeze with one double bed and three singles squeezed in. There was no air-con so it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast at 9 Euros was a meagre affair- very disappointing. I booked as there was a restaurant. Booking.com did not stipulate it isn’t open on a Sunday or Monday.

Wonderful location and an easy drive into Rouen. Excellent parking and very quiet.
The restaurant was closed (Sunday and Monday) and so a car journey into the city was necessary. Drinking was therefore not possible.

Upon our arrival the staff did not speak english, only french. In the morning the lady did speak english
The room was not cleaned properly. A lot of dust. Our youngest daughter complained about it, something she rarely does

175 euro for a family room is acceptable, but on the high side if the restaurant, bar, wel basically everything but the reception is closed.

The staff was nice, room big, breakfast very good, bed confortable, I enjoyed my stay. It is a very nice place.
