Our stay at Tooie's Hoose was all we had hoped for. The house is spotless and well equipped, has a really comfortable king sized bed, it is situated very close to the beach and old harbour (Hythe), there are lovely walks all around, the area is very peaceful and Annette, the host, is lovely.

A traditional holiday at the coast (we all came home with some sea glass) - no noisy, expensive arcades. Really relaxing but unfortunately no sightings of Dolphins or Orcas.

Easy access to the beach and lots of walks in all directions. Comfortable and clean. Lots of things to do close by.

Plenty of space for a family, and host was very accommodating and responsive. Area is quiet and relaxing, with a short walk to the beach.

Fantastic wee house in a great little fishing village.
We know this area quite well and took the opportunity to spend a few days here exploring from Tooies House. The place is spotless and ideal for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens and a dog.
There was a small leak in the kitchen ceiling due to the really horrible weather on our arrival day so we informed Annette and it was fixed the next morning. A fantastic response with great communications all the way through.
Overall, a wonderful house and thoroughly recommend to stay here if you're looking for somewhere in this area.

This very beautiful property has it all, the location and absolutely beautiful and well equipped property The host is amazing and answers all your questions. The property is well equipped, beautiful linen and excellent kitchen.
Highly recommended.
But, do not book through VRBO, they are usless. Direct bookings with the host is recommended.

This was our 3rd stay. The house is spotless and has everything you need when on holiday. Near the beach which is a bonus.

We had a lovely stay, a nice clean house, nice kitchen and a bathtub.
On the first day, we found a small welcome gift, it was a lovely idea.
When you come over there with teenagers, please be prepared for a slow Internet connection, for WIFI or 4G in the cottage itself and a bit of small living room. The beds are great.
The cottage is near the harbor and the sea. It is located in a quite town, and if you are in to hiking, or visiting a distillery, this is a good place for a stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Tooies Hoose. The cottage is immaculate with excellent facilities. A stones throw from the Sandy beach, so ideal for dog walks and our 7 year old son loved playing in and exploring the rock pools.
Annette was friendly and fantastic with all her communication and we would definitely love to return.

This place was a great find. Gorgeous part of Scotland, in a wee picturesque village with the house right around the corner from the beach, and we were extremely lucky to have fab weather. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, plus the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Annette was a great host and communication was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend Tooies Hoose, and would love to go back again ☺️

Tooies house is in a brilliant location- 5 mins from the beach. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need whilst on holiday. The welcome package was a lovely surprise which my little boy loved! We will definitely be back !

We stayed at Buckie for 2 nights at the start of a 10 night stay in Scotland. Loved the house and the area. Great communication from owner.

Amazing stay at tooies hoose, lovely house, spacious rooms, clean and close to amenities, Annette was the best host, lovely welcome package, will definitely recommend, Findochty is a friendly town very accommodating, will defo book again

We stayed over Christmas with our dog whilst visiting family who live in the village. Annette was a great host, easy communication and a lovely welcome basket. The house is a typical style cottage for this area, it was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Handy to have 2 bathrooms with one on the ground floor with a shower, washing machine and dryer. Just around the corner from the beach in one direction and harbour in the other. Fabulous walks. There is a corner small shop in findochty, a pub and a pharmacy. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in this area.
