I loved the location, right outside town so nature was all around. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we ate in both nights. They even cooked goat cheese which I brought with me, because we don't have it in my country. They have a beautiful outside space to eat but it was too cold for us to sit there in the evening. However it is a great place for lunch or afternoon coffee. The atmosphere is more of a warm home than an impersonal hotel.

An exceptionally good hotel in all respects. Its location is perfect, you feel to be in the middle of the countryside and yet it is only a few minutes walk into the centre of the town. Its staff were very hard-working and kept very busy when I was there, and yet they took the time to be friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are great and car parking is very easy. The restaurant offered a really good varied menu, and my choice was first-class.

I should have stopped for longer than just one night.

Location and Xmas decorations

The owner who talked very loudly about Covid-19 and the vaccination in a way which was not acceptable. “The politicians are all whores” and “the vaccination is useless and only cucumber water”.

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Stylish interior. Super location.

The room is basic but also good.

The owners were very personal and friendly ! The Breakfast was above average and the location is great !
