The air conditioning in the room is bad. The air conditioner does not heat the room and there are not enough blankets. I had a very unpleasant night.

The room,its very old style, matrass very old, window view :: a very ugly block piece for the air conditioning engine, working no stop, soo noisy, terrible view off wall front nearly , so claustrophobic, the owner a lady with a very bad eyes looks, she s has been given to us all our stay, so not nice, we met her during the check in,but not English spoken so one girl came after her, speaking English, she help us to get in to the room, at the check out we met the lady by chance outside our room, I must said she was looking quite happy about us living, her eyes looks were very satisfied, we stayed only for 8 hours, in the end of the day, we arrived at late nite and we left 11 am, we booked the room with breakfast including at the very last minute because non any room left all over the areas, I must say when I booked she promptly wrote back that she didn't have any gluten free food for my intolerance, suggested to feel free to cancel the booking (if only I have had another choice 4 sure I would have done it! ) so for breakfast as a glutine free with severe intolerance it was nothing to eat 4 me, and she haven't made any effort I must say, to make my breakfast pleasing , the breakfast room it's with a nice view, in front of the lago, about the swimming pool haven't even known they have it, nobody have told us o say anything, very bad customer care, like primitive, ok they don't speak any others lunguage a part from Portugase (yes one girl at the check in, that all ) at the breakfast room the lady she hasn't even tried to communicate with us, she just liked to have taken our money!

The noise. It will be a good idea to replace the windows. Twin glass is important to reduce the noise.

The room was really clean and the staff were friendly too. The room had a really beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom was big and had a Bathtub. The room had a Air-conditioner and we had a fridge too. We were happy worth he hotel stay.

If you want to go trekking then all the starting point would be from Geres town. Geres Town itself is an uphill walk from this hotel which would take 45 minutes. If you want to go trekking and have a car then this hotel is perfect for you or else its also for you if you came here for the lake.

We had a suite with a terrace that had an incredible view of the lake. The bed was comfortable, parking was easy. The pool was beautiful.

The pillows! The foam bit pillows were not comfortable. Everything else was fabulous.

asked for late check out and the answer was straight away “NO, because all the rooms will be full” and that was clearly not true

We were a family of 5, ended up not using the pool but loved the view and the staff. everything was on point. will definitely recommend.

Location was perfect! Staff was super friendly and the rooms were just great, very clean and the view was just breathtaking! The pool area was super clean and spacious. We would stayed longer if the possiblity was there!!!
