The staff behaviour and responsiveness was unexpected. Arnav and team went out of way to make arrangements on being told about the upcoming birthday of my daughter.
The Spa was also excellent.
The hotel is very reasonably priced, considering what it has to offer.
The safari to the neighbouring wildlife reserve was not the most exciting!!!

The pictorial campus and food preparation both are great.
Stay was not comfortable.The bathrooms were not functioning well.Expected better Linens, accessories and comfy bed.

The property was very beautiful with spacious and comfortable rooms and helpful ,cordial staffs . The spa was also very relaxing and its staff were also quite capable of giving you a relaxing time.
THE PROPERTY WAS STRETCHED OUT ,THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS FROM ROOM TO RECEPTION OR DINNING AREA THE DISTANCE WAS QUIT A BIT, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THEY HAD BATTERY OPERATED CARTS FOR THE GUESTS ESPECIALLY ON THE DAY OF CHECK INS.

Indian preparation of food
Room maintenance isn't good. Doors of bathrooms were broken and intercom wasn't working. Chinese preparation of food was bad.

Maintenance wise just disaster.
the basic amenities were not there like lights, intercom , door locks were not working.
rooms were very shabby. charged premium but not at all value for money. there are lots more properties are there with less price and good services.

Bathroom flush was not working. Hot water was not coming. Bathroom was really bad. Room service for food was very delay. Door lock was broken. According charge this was my worst experience.
