Horrible ! I've booked a room and when I got there I got told that they don't have a room available ! I've asked immediately for refound or a alternative so I can have a place to sleep that night but the manager was ignorant! He admitted that he did wrong by heaving a room available on booking.com but in reality there was no room available. I ended up driving for hours that night spending lots of money on petrol but like I said the manager never cared about anything. I would never recommend this place because of the manager poor skills of treating difficult situation for the costumer's!

Very bad hotel, mouse running round run, running water occasionally, smell of sewarage from toilet. Single duvet on double bed, no kettle or tea making facilities. Our key would open all rooms on our floor so no security, birds nesting on air con units outside room. No TV control, light in room broker on 1 light worked with single bulb.

When I arrived at the Hotel there were no sheets for the bed and the receptionist told me that the hotel is fully booked and they don't have enough sheets. Mind blowing situation. The room and the dining room look creepy, the only sheet - a mattress sheet - was badely torn and there was no pillowcases and no sheets for the blanket. I left the place in few minutes after I arrived.

I've booked two double rooms, but at the property I've got two twin rooms, the excuse was that the manager didn't announce the receptionist that the double rooms were booked on Booking. The room was dirty, it wasn't cleaned after the previous guests, bad smell from the carpet and from the closet. Previous guests spilled some liquid on the toilet door and door handle, and it was sticky. In one of the rooms the bulbs for the table lamp were missing and in both rooms the main light was pretty bad, too strong. The showers were broken in both rooms. The air conditioning was very loud in both rooms. The hotel has a nice design, but it's missing maintenance and cleaning.

Excellent friendly staff, very clean, modern, very good conditions for the price. Quiet and relatively close to shops, petrol stations, market, etc. Also nice parking spots. Perfect for transit stops or short stays.
